Successfully defended attorney against charge of misrepresentation to federal judge, and obtained referral of accuser to grievance committee.
Asset sale and purchase transactions, including formation of necessary business entities.
Obtained dismissal of administrative complaint against affordable housing developer, then secured control of $25 million homeless housing development project before arbitration panel including former chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court.

Obtained favorable settlement for warehouse owner in fire damage insurance claim.

Prior to a career-ending injury, Andrew DeWeese was a professional orchestra musician who toured and concertized with some of the most prominent classical and popular artists of our generation. Mr. DeWeese brings the same level of focus and commitment to his legal practice as he did to the study and performance of the classical solo and orchestral repertoire.
Bradley Crittenden was born and raised in the foothills of East Tennessee and now lives in Portland, Oregon. He practices law at Chenoweth Law Group, P.C., and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, contract disputes, land use disputes, and first-party insurance coverage litigation. He also has experience resolving low-income taxpayer disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and has served as an extern law clerk to Judge Breithaupt, the former judge of the Oregon Tax Court, and Magistrate Richard Davis.
Bradley earned his juris doctorate degree at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Prior to becoming an attorney, Bradley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at Middle Tennessee State University and earned a private pilot certificate with an instrument rating for flying in low-visibility weather conditions. He also plays guitar in two Portland bands—TribU2 (a U2 tribute band) and Volume Plan (an alternative rock cover band).
